~the importance of the students voting during the student's election~

       Students must vote during the "student's election" because "Jawantankuasa Perwakilan Pelajar",JPM is the involvement of the student's welfare problem, students have full rights to choose the best candidates for JPM and the JPM candidates are from the students of the university which have suitable qualify.

      JPM is the involvement of the student's welfare is one of the reason why students must vote during the election. On the other hand, student's election is an election which the students must vote to choose the person that can be member of JPM. Hence, JPM are the person who in-charge as a student's representative to solve the welfare problem that having by the students of the university. Therefore, students voting are very important during student's election.

     The second reason is only students have full rights to choose the best and qualify person to be JPM candidates. Why students have full rights to choose JPM candidates? This is because it involves the solving of the student's welfare problem during their studies at university.Besides that, students are know better on how to decide the right person to be as JPM. Hence, the qualify person will be choose by the vote of the students.   

     The last reason is the JPM candidates are from the students of the university which have suitable qualify. JPM is a leadership committee which teach and give them training on how to become a good leader by solve the student's problem in the university. Thus, the students must have a good characteristics such as leadership, good in speaking, hardworking, good in time management and so on....

    As a conclusion, student's voting are important during the student's election because JPM is the involvement of the student's welfare problem, only students have full rights to choose the qualify person as a JPM and the JPM candidates are from students of the university which have suitable qualify. Hence, as a a students, we must have the responsibility to play an important role.         

Which would you prefer more…….FAMILY or MONEY?

For me, I will choose family first. Do you know why family  are most important than money? Before that, allow me to give the definition of family. Family are the group of comprising a husband and wife and their dependent children, constituting a fundamental unit in the organization of society. Family is one of the important part in our life because:

•   it give us the value of love
•    it teaches us on how to improving our personality
•   it plays an important role on how to encourages us to get success in our life

First, how do “family” give us the value of love?

"MONEY"

Love is just like a strong positive emotions, feelings and affections; but the love that comes from the family are unique and beautiful.This is because the love that given by the them are pure.For example, if we are not feeling well, they will take us to the clinic. So, this shows their caring about ourself very much. Therefore, family help to bring the value of love into our life which brought us to a happy life whereas money can’t give us the value of love. Ehm….this is because we can’t buy the “the value love”, even we have a lot of money….

Second, “family” teaches us on how to improving our personality ?

Before that, let me just explain about personality.Personality is a very important to us because it shows our character to people. As an ordinary person, of course, we want to have a good personality. So, family will teaches us on how to improve our personality.For example, if we have a problems, family are willing to help us by give some advice on how to solve the problems that we face.On the other hand, if we do something wrong, family are the first members which would give some advice to correct our fault. Thus, we can have a chance to improve our personality, but if we give more priority to money than family, it can change us to a bad attitude such as selfish, greedy, arrogant and so on….

Lastly, family plays an important roles on how to encourages us to get success in our life?

A successful and a good career is the most important aims in our life. So, family help us in creating our future by giving us a valuable suggestion about the different type of career. Therefore, family guide us on choosing the best and suitable career for our life. Besides that, family also help us in financial to pay our education fees. Hence, this shows the encouragement of our family to helps us success in our life but money can’t helps us to success without the encouragement and guidance of our family.

"HAPPY FAMILY"

As a conclusion, we must give higher priority to family than money because it can  teaches us the value of love, helps us in improving our personality and encourages us to get success in our life. So, it is very important for every individual to give importance to their families and enjoy spending more time with family members.

           Leadership or great is an art because as the great leader the person continually evolves, changes form, and requires creativity. So, i totally agree with this statement that said "Great leaders are not born, they are made".A great leaders actually always known when it is time to change shape of their organization. This shown they are made to be a creative not just simply to be born as a great leader. They need to made their confidence and always be tolerate with members in organization. All of this need strategy that showed their abilities to do the work and to get the respects from others as a leadership. An example of strategy of great leaders is:

• You must have a vision.
• You must have passion.
• You must learn to be a great decision maker.
• You must have character.

          A good leaders also should always ask all of this question for themself in order to be a great leaders:

• What kind of leader are you being?
• Where is you organisation in relation to your vision?
• What do you think makes a great leader?
• What do your followers want to know in order to believe in you?         

       All the above shown that a good leaders are the leader that be made by form in their own abilities. They need to work hard to be a great leaders and always remember this quotes:

PROCRASTINATION

              Everyone procrastinates, we put things off because we do not want to do them, or because we have too many things on our plate. Procrastination means putting off or doing something that must be done. It is natural to procrastinate. However, excessive procrastination can result in bad feelings about not doing a task when it should be done. It also can cause poor performance if the task is completed without sufficient time to do it well. 

WHY do student PROCRASTINATE???

1. FEAR Of FAILURE. A student may lack confidence and fear that he/she will be unable to accomplish a task successfully.

2. CONFUSION. A student may be unsure about how to start a task or how it should be completed.

3. TASK DIFFICULTY. A student may lack the skills and abilities needed to accomplish a task.

4. DIFFICULTY CONCENTRATING. A student may have too many things around that distract him/her from doing a task.

5.LACK Of PRIORITIES. A student may have little or no sense about which tasks are most important to do.

WHAT can I DO TO control PROCRASTINATION???

~Motivate yourself to work on a task~

~Commit yourself to completing a task once started~

~Get help from teachers and other students when you find a task difficult~

~Make a schedule of the task you have to do and stick on it~

~Work on tasks at the times you work best~

                   As a conclusions, think positively and get going, once you are into a task, you will find that it is more interesting than you thought and not difficult as you feared. You will feel relieved as you work done and will come to look forward to the feeling you will experience when you have completed the task. 

Birth Order Traits

Everyone has their own opinion on the birth order traits facts. Most of people believe that our birth order determines our character. For the eldest, it is said that be more responsible, mature, often a perfectionist, a good leader, smarter and low self-esteem. In my opinion, that is not the birth order that affects characters of each sibling. I totally disagree about the facts that said the birth order traits determine the character. I said like that because based on my observation to my siblings, that my eldest sister is not mature, what I means here is she being more funny and do not take something seriously. But I like her being like that, while my second sister is more mature, take something seriously and acts like she is a leader. That is totally opposite the facts. Another fact is about smarter or other word is higher IQ; I believe that is not about order traits, it is about as an eldest, she will try the best and being a good example to show at the other siblings his ability. Secondly is about the middle child is not an achiever, often felt neglected, and lack of direction. As the middle child, I disagree about that; my parents educate all my brothers and sisters with fair and lovely. I do not feel that I am being neglected and lack of direction. Others fact about the middle child are creativity and artistically inclined, I believe that it is gift from the god and not all the middle child has that gift. At last but not least, about the youngest child is often getting away with anything, not independent and often not taken seriously. About that, I believe that being the youngest child feel like all the attention get to her/his those make them being independent and also often not taken seriously. Peoples have their own opinion about the birth order traits and mostly all the facts that birth order traits determine characters are being exactly. But to me because of my siblings have opposite fact about that make me believe that not birth order determine our characters.

.........~T.E.A.M.WORK~.......

  Do you know what is "TEAMWORK"?.....First, from the words, T.E.A.M, we can describe T as together, E as everyone, A as achieve and M as more...Then, WORK  we can describe as energy and effort  to do something. So, the process of working collaboratively with a group of people, in order to achieve a goal, called TEAMWORK. In other words, that people will try to cooperate, using their individual skills and providing constructive feedback, despite any personal conflict between individuals.

        WHY IS IT IMPORTANCE TO US......ESPECIALLY IN BUSINESS WORK???

 In a TEAMWORK environment, people understand and believe that thinking, planning, decisions and actions are better when done cooperatively. This concept is extremely important to success of any team. This is because unselfishness create the backbone of a great team, without them a team cannot realistically compete.So, the team working as one cohesive unit is going to be the key in their success.  

         As a conclusion, people recognize and even assimilate, they belief that....... "~none of us is as good as all of us~" means that no one of us is better than all of us as group member....That's all, thank you.

All About Friendship

 Growing up as a person that always very shy to people surrounding and withdrawn from most everyone, make me always had a hard time fitting and making friend in my life. Sometime i have been really anxious and nervous around other people and i have a hard time being close with people around me. I'm always think that i was the people that worst in this world. I know that's not the best way to think but it about what i had face. I haven't had the best experiences with my friends and i always try to squabble with my friends in each situation just to make them like me. As a result they fool and betray me. So, i try to find the point is't we really should have friends?....I always ask myself until one day i know that having a friends actually is the medicine of my life. We cannot tell the precise moment or time when friendship is formed. Now i'm really thankful to my friends because they always give me the laughter. I'm not the perfect person and i just hope that all my friend can accept me as who i am..Time can changed the people. As the time changed, i also wish that i will change to be a better person because i know that He always give me what the best for me.

"Monetary incentives must be given to the KP2 students........"

        Nowadays, the number of KP2  students  in UNIKL (MICET) become increasing. WHY? This is due to the less responsible on their education. Therefore, I agree if we give monetary incentives to the KP2 students to continue their studies because it as a spirit,opportunity to KP2 students which are final semester and also can reduce the number of  KP2 students.
     Why the monetary incentives as a spirit for the KP2 students?.....For instance, they will feel like appreciate them although they're KP2 students. So, this will make them feel guilty.Then, they will try to become concern on their studies.
     Besides that, the monetary incentives also as an opportunity to KP2 students which are final semester. For example, if most of the KP2 students are from semester 5 or 6 or 7, they can have an opportunity to complete their studies until finish their semester.
     On the other hand,it also can reduce the number of KP2 students. HOW ...???? For instance, if they work hard to achieve a good result; therefore, they can complete their studies without being KP again.

     As a conclusion, monetary incentives must be given to the KP2 students. This is because to give them chances to have a better result; therefore UNIKL (MICET) can produce more graduate students.... 

Mysterious Dream

                     I still remembered that night before I got slept, I had watched Aliens in The Attics. After finished watching that movie I went to sleep. Then I got a dream. In my dream, I saw Tom Pearson who’s a main character in that movie and his sister comes to my house. They come to save me because there were aliens in my house. We wore ninja costume for the extra power to fight the aliens but then  I got a shot during the battle. Then, one of them speaking in weird language and gave instruction to others to bring me into their airship. I could felt that my heart beat so fast, they appearances like a ghost and they took me using their hands, I can felt that I am floating.In that airship, I felt so happy to see many kind of food and without care my condition, I tried one of the variety cakes that was so big and colorfully. Then I felt my injured got better and my body could be flying. Tom comes to help me to run away from the airship but I refuse to  follow him. He got angry because I pushed him then he pulled my ears. I shouted then I realize from my dream and saw that was my brother who’s pulled my ears.

If i have the power tu rule the world, i would....

  If i have the power to rule the world, i would change the world to a better place. The world that can give true happiness to all people's heart's... With the power of rule i will use my power to doing some good thing's and give benefits like solving the problems that related to the most beloved people around me. For me, to have a better place in this world, we must to replaced the darkness with the happiness to our soul..so we are able to make life better and complete. Just like this lyrics of  Michael Jackson's song "a better place for you and for me"..:D..Another important things that i want to make rule is to make sure all diseases have cure in this world..Why?...because i don't want people that i loved suffering for the disease..To Solihah Maketar, honestly from my deep heart, even though i not really have close friendship with you, i never want to see you just lying on the bed witout do anything. Hurry up wake up my dear.  I really hope that you will be fine as soon as possible. As the saying goes, property cannot be compared to a value of happiness and you are the part of my beautiful memory in my life...All this things make me think that we should to make rule in this world because rules make our life perfect...credit to Solihah Maketar

My Educational Aspiration 2011

“Aspiration”, then I realizes something.  After I watched Korean drama that is Love Story in Harvard, then I got aspiration about my study. I enjoyed watching that drama; it is very nice love story and plot. I like Kim Hun Woo characters; he’s really hardworking person and such a good man even though the Professor Keynes (the class's strict Law professor) doesn’t like him at first but then he keep trying to do the best to wins the respect of professor and his classmates. His lover, Soo In was a medical student that very beautiful and intelligent. She comes from poor family but that might not be a problem to him to become a great student. She was good in manage her time to study and do the part time job. Both of them, Hun Woo and Soo In become successful person after finished their study. This story gave me aspiration  to be a successful person. 

"FAILURE or SUCCESS"...???

Do you want to become a successful or a failed person in your life? Of course, you will choose to be a successful person, not only you but everyone like to be a successful person, but most of the people fail in life.This is because most of them do not try to become successful. They enjoyed their life by wasting their money and time. So, they think that this kind of life make them live happily. How can you be a successful person if you enjoy like this? Please, think about yourself. We do not have much time because the time will not wait for us. If you want to be a successful person, you must have your own ambition and work hard to achieve it. How much you take the time and what you do to achieve your ambition is the measure of successful. Believe that one day you will appreciate your achievement because a person who tries the best to achieve something will appreciate his achievement more compared to a person who achieved something easily.
